The TAE 2453 dual op. amplifier used in the original plan can be substituted with an LM 358 or similar.
The SB 550 diode must not be a Shottky diode, but because of the high operating frequency (between ~2500 and ~6000 Hertz) the controller works, it is recommended to use one of those. You can choose higher current diodes to put here instead of the SB 550 depending on the Power of the electric motor you are using, but bear in mind the max. Voltage and the max. Current Limit of the diodes!
